Contact with the company was easy and everyone was polite and professional. Great location for visiting various parts of Madrid. Small balcony a bonus. Quiet despite being in a busy square. Clean. Wouldn''t recommend for four as it is a studio. Enjoyed our stay there.

Gema was our contact person and was so fantastic. She helped us with directions and recommendations which were spot on. After our stay, we rented an apartment for 3 nights in Barcelona and it was such a dump compared to our flat off of Plaza Santa Ana. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will recommend this place to all our friends!

I only have conmments about the bathroom - The shower was faulty - the knob was loose and made selecting the shower mode difficult. The tiles were dirty and the grouting in very poor condition. Oh, and there was no kettle in the kitchin(ette). We enjoyed our stay.
