Comfortable and sunny apartment decorated in a trendy style regarding the electronics and with an excellent location, in the centre of the city, the Opera neighbourhood. Metro Opera.
The apartment is prepared for 2 persons. It has one bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a modern and comfortable sofa, 42” plasma screen TV with cable, DVD, Hi Fi and WiFi internet access. Nest to the window, opened to an old inner patio, a little space has been fit out that is perfect for reading. The kitchen is integrated in the widest part of the living room and is fully equipped with fridge, oven-microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The beautiful bathroom is complete with shower. It is a second floor with lift.
The apartment is located in Cuesta de Santo Domingo (Opera area). This area still preserves the charm of the Austria’s period and is called Opera because of the Opera Theatre is right there (Teatro Real). The apartment is located two minute away from Plaza de Oriente, place where is located the splendid Palacio Real (Royal Palace) and a group of elegant cafés around the square. Walking around the winding streets you can reach Plaza Mayor and its surroundings, an obligatory visit for those who want to discover the most typical Madrid.
The communication in this area is excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet street, but in the centre of the City.Special conditions
