Charming apartment located next to Plaza Mayor, in the historical heart of the Madrid. In its 65 sqm, it can comfortably lodge 5 people.
Situated in between Palacio and Sol area, it’s within 10 minutes walking distance from Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Opera House or House of Representatives, and less than 15 minutes from Prado Museum. There are public parkings secured at one minute from the apartment for 15 or 20€ for the whole day.
Placed in the last floor of a renovated historical building, it has magnificent views over the city, even of the Madrid North Hills. Fully equipped for a nice stay, it has a spacious living-dining room (three windows on the street), two double rooms, wide kitchen and full bathroom, everything totally illuminated. The quarter adds to it tourist and cultural attractive, a wide choice of restaurants, traditional tapas taverns and moderns places to go out. It’s a very safe area, far from noisy nights. Less than 5 minutes walking from Sol and Opera subway stations, it has also multiple city bus connections. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
