Beautiful 90 sqm duplex apartmentlocated in the center of Madrid. Recently renewed and finely decorated, with views and good illumination. Tube Sol.
The apartment can house up to 6 persons, and it features 3 bedrooms: one of them with a double bed on the upper floor, the second bedroom has a single bed, and the third bedroom features a a single bed with underbed, these two bedrooms are located on the lower floor.The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for a sixth person to sleep, a table and chairs for 6 people, DVD, Tv and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with frisge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. Also, the duplex is equipped with air conditioning, heating, iron, tumble dryer and internet connection.
The apartment is ideal for visiting madrid by foot, is less than 10 minutes from the main museums, monuments, theaters and leisure areas. Even though it is located in a very lively area, the apartment is very quiet, and very comfortable and cosy. Being located next to Sol, main transportation hub in the capital, you´ll be ver well connected to the rest of Madrid and Spain.

>>The airconditioning was not working upstairs. The skylights upstairs did not have blinds nor did the window next to the bed. The iron does not work and the DVD player works occasionally and rejected two of our three DVD's. There was no toilet paper on arrival. Some more cutlery in particular bread knife and chopping board, plus some pots and pans would be great. Overall thought the apartment was lovely for that time of year when aircon was not required. We would definitely stay there again if Aircon was fixed, DVD fixed and some blinds were put on the upstairs window and skylight next to the bed! I hope this helps Kind reg..." [ Read More...l]
