Located in a funny semi basement floor of a residential building with doorman, it is located in one of the most distinguished districts of Madrid. The precise street is a residential area far from more noisy alleys.
Few minutes walking distance from commercial streets such as Serrano or Velazquez. You will have at hand some of the coffees, fashion stores and more exclusive restaurants in Madrid.
Close to metro stations Diego de Leon and Avenida de America (also bus-station), it is excellently well communicated. A ten minutes ride by taxi from Barajas airport (if you avoid rush hour).
This ample apartment is decorated in modern style and can lodge up to three people distributed in two sleeping rooms. One of them has a king size bed, whereas the smaller room has an individual bed. The spacious living room, with three windows over the street, has been carefully decorated. Either on work of tourism, it will become the perfect place to rest after a hard day in the city. An independent kitchen, ready to prepare whatever you might need, and a pretty bathroom, recently refurnished, complete the distribution of the apartment.
