Sunny apartment, recently refurbished with a balcony located in the heart of the “Rastro” area, and with excellent communication, it is very near 4 different metro lines. Metro L1, 2, 3, and 5: Latina (line 5), Tirso de Molina (line 2), Lavapiés (line 3) and Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3).
The apartment is prepared for 4 persons, it has room with a double bed, a sunny living room with a table with chairs, a double sofa bed, and the wonderful balcony. He kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, coffee maker and cooking utensils. It has a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning. It is located in a second floor without lift.
“RASTRO” DISTRICT: Perfect to enjoy the real Madrid it combines the most typical sites with a multicultural atmosphere.
On Sundays the district becomes a lively market, one of the best tourist attractions of Madrid.
It is one step away from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, and there is a pleasant walk to Palacio Real or Museo del Prado. Besides it has a easy access to the famous districts of La Latina, Chueca and Lavapiés.
