It’s located beside the cheerful Albufera Ave. The apartment is located beside the cheerful Albufera Ave. It’s only one minute from the Portazgo tube station and 15 minutes in tube from Paseo del Prado (Del Prado museum) and the famous Atocha street (Reina Sofia museum), which leads to the Jacinto Benavente square, and to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
The apartment is ready to house up to 7 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one featuring a bed with underbed. And an additional single bed. The spacious living room, which exits to the balcony, has a double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, DVD, video, wi-fi internet connection. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, microwave, glass ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. The bathroom features a jetted shower. It is a fifth floor without lift.
