Original and recently refurbished studio with wooden floors and a funny swing located in Plaza Santa Ana, only the 5 minutes away from Puerta del Sol.
The apartment is prepared for 4 persons. It has one double elevated bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, vitroceramic hub and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with shower. Besides, the apartment has a balcony with chairs, tables and very nice views to the neighbourhood.
The area is perfect to reach on foot the most important sites of the city allowing the tourist to experiment the most authentic Madrid combining typical places with a multicultural atmosphere. It is located near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and you can walk to Palacio Real and Museo del Prado. It also has excellent access to the famous neighbourhoods of Latina, Chueca and Lavapiés.Special conditions
