Beautiful two storey house located in the centre of Madrid with a patio and a terrace. It has a privileged location, near the metro (only 5 stops away from Palacio Real) and in a very quiet and secure residential area. Metro L% (Urgel) and L6 (circular) Oporto.
The apartment is prepared for 8 persons. It has three bedrooms full of light and all with air conditioning. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wide wardrobe, another room with a have bed with an underbed and a third one with bunk beds. The living room is on the lower floor and it has a Japanese style futon (double bed), a table with chairs, cable TV, ADSL/WiFi and a telephone for local and provincial calls included in the price.
Location: Metro L5 Urgel or Oporto (L5/L6) The location of the apartment permits the benefit of enough proximity to the centre for shopping or party and the tranquillity and security of a residential area.
It is one metro station away from the football stadium Vicente Calderón, three stops away from Puerta de Toledo and el Rastro, four stops away from San Isidro Cathedral and San Francisco el Grande and five stops away from Palacio Real, Aurtias’ Madrid and La ALmudena Cathedral. If you take the bus in only five stops you will be in El Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum and Atocha Railway station.Special conditions

>>En general muy bien todo,la casa es amplia,acojedora,bien equipada... La situación quiza sea un poco alejada del centro,pero el metro esta al lado y en pocas paradas te presentas en el centro. Para el coche muy bien, tienes la salida de la M-30 al lado y es muy accesible. Ademas si vas en coche tienes sitio para aparcar sin problema al lado de la casa,cosa que en Madrid centro es parking seguro.
