Beautiful apartment of 35m2 located on the ground floor of a building in the Planetarium area, very close to the center and easy to access. Tube Delicias & L6 Planetario.

The Delicias neighbourhood is not particularly for tourists, but there are some interesting buildings, specially some of an industrial architecture. Among them you will find: the former brewery El Aguila, which now houses the Joaquin Leguina regional library and archives. The Delicias station houses the Train and the National Science and Technology museums.
