This studio is on the attic of a rebuildt building in the area of La Latina, very close from Sol and the Plaza Mayor. It is very bright and has incredible views out of the roofs of Madrid.
The 30sqm studio is an open space with a double bed and a living room area with a sofa, a table and a large wardrobe. Can sleep 2 persons. The wooden beams give the studio an antic atmosphere which makes a contrast with the modern installations. The kitchen is open with microwave, coffe maker, fridge, freezer and toaster. It features internet connection, air conditioning and washing machine. The building has been recently remodeled – however, some of the original elements have been conserved such as the stairs with the arcs.
THE “RASTRO” DISTRICT: It allows you to enjoy the most authentic Madrid, combining the most typical places with a multicultural atmosphere. On Sundays the area becomes a lively market, a great tourist attraction in Madrid.
It is one step away from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, and you can take a walk to Palacio Real or Museo del Prado. Besides, it has excellent access to the famous districs of La Latina, Chueca and Lavapies.
