Charming apartment located in the center of La Latina, one of the most interesting areas of Madrid. Tube La Latina.
Located in a old but renovated building and can house three people in a cosy way. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a single sofa bed and two large windows that faces the street but can be closed for privacy. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and some utensils to cook. The bathroom is complete with bathtube.
The apartment has high ceilings that gives it a different atmosphere. It is a ground floor located in a nice building featured with the Madrid de los Austrias architecture. Located on a quiet street close to San Francisco el Grande and La Plaza de la Cebada, the center of the La Latina area – one of the most fashionable area of Madrid.
