The 45m2 apartment is located in a completely renovated building with lift in the area of Callao, right in the city center of Madrid. Tube Plaza de España / Santo Domingo.
It is one step away from Puerta del Sol and from there day and night life will be up to your choice: from busy Huertas district, to alternative Lavapies quarter, trendy Latina streets or gay Chueca neighbourhood. From here you are minutes away from main cultural attractions in Madrid: Royal Palace, Museums Prado and Thyssen, Royal Theatre, Plaza Mayor, Lower Chamber.
The living has two large windows facing to Gran Via street with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, un LCD 32 inches television, a table for four persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has a built-in-safe wardrobe, a double bed, a 19 inches plasma television with DVD and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower with hidromassage. The baby cot and the internet connection is under request and this has a cost of 20€/week.Special conditions
