Nice loft recently renewed in a minimal style located in the modern and characteristic Chueca neighbourhood; very close to the most relevant locations in Madrid (Puerta del Sol, Del Prado museum, La Castellana Ave., among others).

The apartment features an open entrance where you can find the kitchen, very well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffe maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A great corridor with two huge windows leads you to the living room and the bedroom, and at the end, to the bathroom. The modern living room has a big window overlooking an interior patio and there’s a flat screen TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a useful closet. At the back you’ll find the bathroom, conceibed as a diaphanous space opening itself to the rest of the apartment.

With the “Plaza de Chueca” and its subway entrance as its center, you can have nice walks around this characteristic neighbourhood or even head towards the city center to places such as Puerta del Sol, or Plaza Mayor, which are 10 minutes away, by walking on Gran Via or Alcalá streets. Its location is unbeatable because if you choose to walk on the opposite direction you’ll get to the Paseo de la Castellana, the National Library or Del Prado museum in 10 minutes as well.
