Comfortable duplex of 75m2 located in the Chueca area. Tube Alonso Martinez, Tribunal or Chueca.
The apartment is able to comfortly house up to four persons in two stories. The highest floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace equipped with a table and four chairs that you can access from the bedroom. In the ground floor you will find the living room with a double sofa bed, tv, DVD, a table and some chairs. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtube and dryer. In addition, there is air conditioning, vacuum cleaner. The baby cot and the internet connection is under request and this has a cost of 20€/week.
The location is privileged in Madrid, in the Chueca district, close to Gran Via and most cultural and tourist amenities downtown (Cibeles Square, Recoletos Alley, Prado Museum…). The quarter has some of the trendiest restaurants in town and lively nightclubs. If you are keen on fashion shops, Fuencarral stores open to some of the youngest designers in Madrid, while boutiques in Almirante are a more secure bet.
