Beautiful loft apartment, recently refurbished and decorated. It is located in one of the trendiest area of Madrid called "Chueca", in the centre of the city. Metro L5 (Chueca).
The apartment is prepared for 4 persons. It has a big room with two separated areas one with a double bed and another one with a double sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, microwave, vitro ceramic hob and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with hydro massage shower. The apartment is full of light and it is in a fourth floor of a building without lift.
The location is privileged in Madrid, in the Chueca district, close to Gran Via and most cultural and tourist amenities downtown (Cibeles Square, Recoletos Alley, Prado Museum…). The quarter has some of the trendiest restaurants in town and lively nightclubs. If you are keen on fashion shops, Fuencarral stores open to some of the youngest designers in Madrid, while boutiques in Almirante are a more secure bet. Very well communicated, a Public parking space next to the building. |
