This charming apartment measuring 65 m2 with enough room for six guests to stay in comfort. The apartment is very well-lit, with plenty of natural light, and includes three balconies and a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment is ideally located with easy access to public transport, which quickly takes you to any area in Madrid you wish to see. Walk for just 3 streets and you will get to Gran Via, the Capital’s main street lined with a plethora of shops and boutiques. Once on this street, the famous Puerta del Sol, the Peninsula’s very centre, is just in minutes reach. Well layed out to sleep 6 people. Two bedroom apartment, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a double sofa bed where two other people can sleep. There is a television and DVD player. The bathroom is complete with a shower and hair dryer. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, washine machine, kettle, coffee maker and utensils to cook. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, internet and iron. It is on a 4th floor in a building with lift.
