The studio can house four people and it features a double bedroom and a doublé sofa bed. The kitchen has an oven, glass ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating and wooden floors.
The Lavapies - Huertas area is bprobably the most authentic and traditional in the capital. It is famous for its bars and tapas restaurants, it is a neighbourhood with lots of cultural activity and one of the main nghtlife centers. It is strategically located 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol. The Santa Ana square is one of the meeting points, famous for its terraces. The area is close to the main museums and the city center.Special conditions
Check in are at 2pm and check out at 12am. Check in after 10pm and check out before 7am have an extra charge of 30€.
