Description

Comfortable studio apartment, recently renewed, with wooden floors. It is located on a typical street in the Lavapies neighbourhood, a few steps from the Lavapies/Atocha tube station and the main tourist attractions in the city.

The apartment can house up to 4 people with two single beds. The living room features a double sofa bed, table and chairs, and a small kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, toaster, and cooking utensils. The full bathroom is equipped with shower.

The Lavapies - Huertas area is bprobably the most authentic and traditional in the capital. It is famous for its bars and tapas restaurants, it is a neighbourhood with lots of cultural activity and one of the main nghtlife centers. It is strategically located 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol. The Santa Ana square is one of the meeting points, famous for its terraces. The area is close to the main museums and the city center.
