Cute apartment, very bright and recently renovated with a great location – at 4 minutes from Gran Via. Tube L1 and L10 Tribunal – Tube L5 Chueca.
Well layed out to host two people. It has a bedroom with double bed. The living room, with incorporated kitchen, has a sofa, a table, some chairs, TV/DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with glass ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine and some utensils to cook. The bathroom is complete with shower.
The area is perfect, a few meters from Chueca area and all surrounded by fashion shops, restaurants and trendy places. In few minutes you will be reaching the Gran Via (one of the most important avenue in the city), Plaza España or Alonso Martinez area, la Castellana, Plaza Colon or Sol. The area has excellent communication to get to any point of Madrid.Special conditions
