Sophisticated and large design loft, newly rebuildt and with a great location in the excelente area of Malasaña. Two steps from Chueca area (Tribunal tube).
This charming and warm loft can host very confortably 2 persons. It is divided in two very large and different areas: in one hand there is the living room facing the exterior with large windows (facing a small street) and there there is a leather sofa, un sofa bed for 2 persons, plasma tv, DVD and a table for 6 persons. In the other hand, in the interior part which is more silent you will find the bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is completely equipped with glass ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and some of the utensils to cook. The bath is complete with bathtube.
The apartment is located in Don Felipe street, right in the heart of Malasaña area. A few meters from Chueca area and all surrounded by fashion shops, restaurants and trendy places. In few minutes you will be reaching the Gran Via (one of the most important avenue in the city), Plaza España or Alonso Martinez area, la Castellana, Plaza Colon or Sol. The area has excellent communication to get to any point of Madrid.Special conditions
