In the living room there is a double sofa-bed for two additional persons, 32in flat screen TV, table and chairs for four persons. The apartment can house up to 5 persons. The bathroom is equipped with shower and the kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, vitroceramic cooktop, and cooking utensils. The apartment also features air conditioning, wooden floors, and is located on a first floor without lift.
The Lavapies - Huertas area is bprobably the most authentic and traditional in the capital. It is famous for its bars and tapas restaurants, it is a neighbourhood with lots of cultural activity and one of the main nghtlife centers. It is strategically located 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol. The Santa Ana square is one of the meeting points, famous for its terraces.
