Particular apartment with two mezzanines and recently deocrated. It is located in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Metro L1 (Tirso de Molina).
The apartment can house up to 5 persons, it has a hall from where you can reach both mezzanines, one of them with a double bed, and the other one with a single bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, ovem toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with shower. The apartment is located in a building from the 19th century which has been completely restored. It features a patio, typical of the “Madrid of the Austrias” buildings.
The apartment is located right next to the flower market in Madrid, and next to the Tirso de Molina tube station (Line 1), in the surroundings of the traditional El Rastro market, which is set up on Sundays’ morning.
Around the building there are all kinds of stores and design shops, bars with terrace, supermarkets and several of the most representative restaurants and bars of Madrid. It is very well located, as you can easily reach any point of the city from here, but you can also enjoy a quiet environment, as there is barely traffic at night on this street.Special conditions

The check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00. If check in is between 20h00 and 24h00 there is an extra charge of 30€ and between 24h00 to 02h00 an extra charge of 50€.
The check out time is between 9h00 and 11h00. If you wish to check out before 8h00 there is an extra charge of 30€.
The check in and check out on Sunday o bank holidays have an additional cost of 30€.
