The apartment can comfortly house up to 5 people, it has two bedrooms with a double bed each. The wide living room features a single sofa bed, table and chairs, Tv and exits to the wonderful balcony furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, glass ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with shower.
The apartment has wooden floors, air conditioning and WiFi internet connection.
This apartment is a good selection for groups or large families that want to be accommodate in the same place but keeping privacy.
The building location cannot be better. It is in the area called ´Madrid de los Austrias´ - an area with renacentist and barroc buildings of the most pitoresc madrilian.
It is located close to the market flower in Madrid, near by the traditional market ´El Rastro´ which is on Sunday morning and only 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Close to the building there are may shops of any kind, design shops, bars with terraces, supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars (the very typicial from Madrid). Close from everything, but enjoying quietness and silence, as the apartment is located in a street wich has no traffic at night. |
