Brand new apartment, very well illuminated and with ample spaces. It is located on the Conde de Romanones street, right next to the flower market in the Tirso de Molina square. Tube L1 (Tirso de Molina).
The apartment can comfortly house 3 people, it has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa, Tv, and an exit to the balcony; there is also a separated area with a sofa-bed. The modern kiethcen, us equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The apartment has wooden floors, double-glass windows, air conditioning and WiFi internet connection. The building location cannot be better. It is in the area called ´Madrid de los Austrias´ - an area with renacentist and barroc buildings of the most pitoresc madrilian.
It is located close to the market flower in Madrid, near by the traditional market ´El Rastro´ which is on Sunday morning and only 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Close to the building there are may shops of any kind, design shops, bars with terraces, supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars (the very typicial from Madrid). Close from everything, but enjoying quietness and silence, as the apartment is located in a street wich has no traffic at night.Special conditions
IMPORTANT
The check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00. If check in is between 20h00 and 24h00 there is an extra charge of 30€ and between 24h00 to 02h00 an extra charge of 50€.
The check out time is between 9h00 and 11h00. If you wish to check out before 8h00 there is an extra charge of 30€.
The check in and check out on Sunday o bank holidays have an additional cost of 30€.
The refundable deposit is between 300€ and 1.000€ depending on the length of your stay.Rates
