Bright, comfortable and modern apartment in a recently constructed building (1 year), with views to the Conde De Romanones street and Tirso de Molina place with Flowers’market. (Metro L1 Tirso de Molina).
Accomodation for up to 3 persons, with a double bedroom. Into the living room, sofa, and a dining table with chairs and nice little writing desk in the hall. The colored kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwaves, vitroceramic plates, oven, coffee maker and all the kitchenware. Full-equipped bathroom with shower.
This apartment is a good selection for groups or large families that want to be accommodate in the same place but keeping privacy.
The building location cannot be better. It is in the area called ´Madrid de los Austrias´ - an area with renacentist and barroc buildings of the most pitoresc madrilian.
It is located close to the market flower in Madrid, near by the traditional market ´El Rastro´ which is on Sunday morning and only 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Close to the building there are may shops of any kind, design shops, bars with terraces, supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars (the very typicial from Madrid). Close from everything, but enjoying quietness and silence, as the apartment is located in a street wich has no traffic at night. IMPORTANT
The check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00. If check in is between 20h00 and 24h00 there is an extra charge of 30€ and between 24h00 to 02h00 an extra charge of 50€.
The check out time is between 9h00 and 11h00. If you wish to check out before 8h00 there is an extra charge of 30€.
The check in and check out on Sunday o bank holidays have an additional cost of 30€.
The refundable deposit is between 300€ and 1.000€ depending on the length of your stay.Special conditions
