Charming apartment located next to Reina Sofía Musseum, in the historical neighborhood of the center of Madrid.
Situated right in the city center, in the popular and historical neighborhood “Lavapies”, it’s within few minutes walking distance from the well know avenue “Paseo del Prado”, where you’ll find a several numbers of famous museums: Reina Sofía Museum, del Prado Museum, Thyssen… and also it’s close to the main tourist places like: Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá, Parque El Retiro, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol.

Fully equipped for a nice stay, it has a spacious living-dining, one double room, full kitchen and bathroom, everything totally illuminated. It can comfortably lodge 3 /4 people. Located on a third floor without lift.

The quarter adds to it tourist and cultural attractive, a wide choice of restaurants, traditional tapas taverns and moderns places to go out. Less than 5 minutes walking you’ll find the Lavapiés subway station, it has also multiple city bus connections.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

There are public parkings located next to the apartment for 15/20 € a day and they are monitored.
