This just renovated 90 sq m. loft will captivate the visitor due to its good taste, amplitude and the feeling of a place where every detail has been carefully chosen. Able to lodge comfortably up to five people, it is placed in the cultural heart of Madrid.
The street where the loft is located is a quiet haven in the busy centre of Madrid. Typical taverns and small restaurants are signs of identity in the districts surrounding the apartment: Centre, Lavapies and most monumental Prado quarter. Located in the cultural axis of Madrid, it is a walk away from the Prado, Thyssen or Reina Sofia Museums. Very well connected, it is close to several urban buses and a couple of subway stations: Atocha and Anton Martin (Line 1). In addition, it is five minutes away from Atocha Railway Station (High velocity trains and local lines).
The apartment will captive you once you step in. The hall is an enormous space to relax during the day and that becomes a sleeping area for two people during the night (double sofa bed). Around the hall the spaces are distributed, separated harmoniously by curtains to create different atmospheres. The kitchen is the perfect space either to cook or just to stare at it. Next to it there is a nice design complete toilet with shower. The dormitory area consists in a double bed with great dressing area and wardrobe. Next to this big sleeping room, there is a small independent space with an individual bed. The light thorough the apartment comes through the small terrace, with direct access.
