Comfortable and very sunny, this apartment is located next to Plaza España and Gran Via and only a few minutes walk from Teatro Real and Palacio Real. Metro L3 V. Rodríguez or L3/L10 Plaza España.
The apartment is prepared for 4 persons. It has one bedroom with a double bed and TV. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV/DVD and a nice windowed balcony to the well known street of Princesa. The kitchen/dinning room is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with bath tub. All the rooms have air conditioning.
The building, very well conserved, has a lift. Anyway it is necessary to go up 20 stairs to reach it.
The location of this apartment in the neighbourhood of Argüelles and near the centre, located in a privileged area of the city, is prefect for tourism as well as for business.
The neighbourhood has no little tourist attractions; Plaza España, the Debod Temple, Gran Via, as well as Palacio Real and Teatro Real only a few minutes walk. It is also an area with a great variety of restaurants, taverns and “tapas” bars.
The apartment is located near the metro stations Ventura Rodriguez and Plaza España, both in line 3. In front of the apartment you can find several bus stops, and there are several car paks in the surroundings.
